I'm Sharon, founder of The Gentle Crumb.

As a mum of two daughters - one coeliac and one gluten intolerant. It became clear to me over the years just how limited the choice of good gluten-free breads, pastries and bakes really is.

The Gentle Crumb was created to change that. My aim is to make proper pastries, breads and sweet treats using high-quality ingredients and traditional methods - food that everyone can enjoy, gluten-free or not.
