Terms & Conditions

Orders.

All products are baked fresh to order. For this reason, orders are taken on a pre-order basis and availability is limited for each bake. Once ordering for a bake is closed orders cannot be cancelled or amended.

Payment.

Full payment is required at the time of ordering to secure your bakes. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received.

Collection.

Collection times will be agreed in advance. If you are unable to attend your agreed collection time please contact us to arrange an alternative time. 

Delivery.

Local delivery may be available for a small fee. If you are not at home at the agreed delivery time, you will need to arrange collection of your order at a mutually agreed time. 

Allergies and dietary information.

All products from the Gentle Crumb are gluten-free. Some products may contain eggs, dairy, nuts or other allergens. If you have additional allergies or dietary requirements please contact us before placing your order so we can discuss your needs.

Product Information.

As all products are handmade in small batches, appearance may vary slightly from the images shown on the website.

Refund policy.

Because all products are baked fresh to order, orders are non refundable once baking has begun. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve the matter. Refunds cannot be offered for orders that have not been collected at the agreed collection time.
