The Gentle Crumb operates from a dedicated coeliac safe kitchen and we do not use any ingredients which carry a "may contain gluten" label. Suppliers are checked on order and on delivery to ensure that they continue to meet these standards.
Common allergens used in the kitchen include nuts, milk, eggs, mustard, sulphites, sesame and soyabean.
